Remember to throw away your broken battery by going to a local tech store or check online to find the proper way to dispose of it.
What you need

- Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, loosen the four screws in the bottom cover of the vacuum.
- The screws cannot be removed and should be loosened.

- Lift up the bottom cover to reveal the battery module.

- Remove the 11mm Phillips #2 screw next to the battery module.

- Pull the pull tabs to release the battery.
- If the battery isn’t releasing, make sure to check the screw next to the battery.
