- Take the hard drive out by pulling out and upward

- Remove three screws from the right panel using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

- Use your hands to pull both sides of the RAM and release the black restrictors that hold the RAM into place.

- Take out the RAM by pulling it out and up.

- Lift the retaining flap securing the keyboard cable to the motherboard.
