Small debris can clog and muffle the speaker grills. Inspect and clean the speaker grills with short bursts of compressed air or a finely-bristled brush, if visible debris is present. Check for any software conflicts with any installed third-party applications and remove them as necessary. If sounds still does not return after external cleaning and eliminating possible software conflicts, debris might be inside the device, requiring a more thorough internal cleaning and/or replacement of the speaker....
